The Final Push

This is the final week of the Programme. It is really important that you continue to stay focused right until the very end of the plan and you don’t start winding down too early. This could make all the difference to your final results.
This is a good time to refresh the good habits we have practised. If you are doing the right things 80% of the time you'll be living a very healthy lifestyle. Are you:
Completing your workouts?
Staying within your calorie goal?
Drinking 2 litres of water each day?
Sleeping 7-9 hours per night?
Cooking from whole ingredients?
Avoiding processed foods?
There are 7 days left of the programme - still time to see real changes in your fitness levels and body shape but you have to go for it! Take everything that you have read over recent weeks and attack the final days like you mean it! If you are not already, aim to stick to the habits listed. For an extra little kick at the end of the plan why not cut alcohol out completely, reduce your sugar intake as much as possible or even try taking bread out of your diet? Make it happen and go for the final push!
