“I initially started working with Karen & Andy to help improve my back & shoulder pain and increase my general level of fitness.

At the start of the year I set myself the goal of losing 19lbs before my summer holiday.  Sharing this with Karen & Andy meant that I had to fully commit to it.  I was given weekly targets and a daily calorie goal to stick to.  Knowing that my calorie intake and exercise was being monitored via their app was a great motivator, and the supportive messages encouraged me to stick to the plan even when life was chaotic or I had birthdays / events / work trips to contend with.

I achieved more than my original goal and I’m the lowest weight I have been for years, fitting into clothes that I haven’t worn for a long time.  I recently took part in a cycle race and felt fitter and stronger as a result of the work I had put in to training.

Karen & Andy focus on holistic well being and I was encouraged to take on more water and increase my hours of sleep. I still need to improve on my sleep target but the progress I have made has had a great impact on how I feel overall.  

I’m very proud of myself and grateful to Karen & Andy for helping me achieve this.  Looking forward to the next goal!”
